The State Farm Bayou Classic® provides prospective sponsors an opportunity to partner with Grambling State University and Southern University in presenting one of America’s signature sporting events.
In its 39th year, the State Farm Bayou Classic® commemorates historically black colleges and universities, academic achievement, tradition, sportsmanship, marching bands, and friendly competition. The “Classic” is an exhibition of the high standards of academic achievement deeply embedded in the traditions of the two institutions.
Bayou Classic Weekend is a football game and so much more. The event, which attracts more than 250,000 visitors to New Orleans annually, provides sponsors with numerous opportunities to reach the attractive HBCU student/alumni marketplace.
